CAKE SERVICES
Classic Cakes will provide the following services to you:
We will provide you with the finest and freshest baked cake/s and desserts of your choice. We will provide you with a completed contract and either photos or sketches of your cake/s. We will fully comply with the cake contract as agreed upon by both parties. Any changes to the contract must be submitted in writing and signed by both parties. We will coordinate with the Site Manager/Event Planner/s for delivery and set-up of your cake/s the day of your event. We will coordinate with the Event Planner, the Caterer and the Florist of your choice. We will provide complete delivery and set-up at the event site as specified in your contract. We will set-up and complete the Cake Table Decorations of your choice as specified in your contract. We will provide Cake Boxes for the cake/s that will be kept. We will provide the service to pickup any cake equipment after the event date. Cutting and Serving services may be obtained for an additional charge.
CAKE COSTS
Our pricing policy for cakes is as follows:
Custom Cakes:
In our Custom Cake line we will design the cake of your dreams! For
Custom Cakes, the costs are calculated on a per serving basis, beginning
at $11.50 $10.00 (Sale price!). The average cost runs between $13.00 and
$16.50 per serving; with flavors, fillings, icings and decorations determining
final costs. To that overall cost, is added delivery/set-up/cake stand retrieval
cost ($100-250.00) and sales tax.
Easy Choice:
In the Easy Choice line of cakes you can choose from
3 Cake Flavors (Chocolate, White and Lemon), 3 Filling Options (Chocolate,
Vanilla and Lemon Butter Cream) and Butter Cream Icing. All decorations
are piped Butter Cream, Edible Aspen Leaves and/or Fresh Flowers of your
choice. The cost is $8.50 $7.50 (Sale price!) a serving and
includes delivery/set-up/cake stand retrieval, except up to the top of Aspen
Mtn. It
does not include sales tax. These selections can be found on the Easy
Choice section of our web site.
Once you have determined all cake details, we will provide you with a written cost estimate, which must be agreed to by all parties. Any changes to the agreed upon contract will result in additional charges that may be billed to you after the event. Cake stand rentals range from $75.00 (small) to $250.00 (large and custom made), with the average of $145.00.
