Classes
Sandy Hargrave began teaching in 1990. She specializes in European Techniques using White Chocolate Draping, Rolled Fondant, Rolled Butter Cream, and Gum Paste. Her classes include: Basic through Advanced techniques in American Butter Cream, French Pastry, and European Cake Decorating. Sandy will accommodate classes of any size, from private lessons to large groups. She is available to come to your location or you may attend classes in Aspen, Colorado.
